St. Brigid's Primary School Carnhill will take part in the Derry Diocesan Rosary Campaign for Peace where each child and adult in the school says a decade of the rosary each day.
The schools of the Derry Diocese aim to say 1,000,000 Hail
Marys for peace in the Ukraine.
On 25 March, the Feast of the Annunciation, Pope Francis will consecrate the Ukraine and Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We join our prayers that day with those of the Pope.
